1. Track days arranged by RRC are for motorbikes and cars. Events are open for registered or unregistered vehicles that have insurance for traffic use. Driver must be able to show valid insurance documents.
2. Drive time on the track is between 9.00 - 18.00. Drivers are divided into four different groups according to the level of the drivers skills. At the time there can be maximum 50 motorbikes or 40 cars. All drivers have to participate in the drivers briefing before being allowed to enter the track. Meeting is held half an hour before the track is opened.
3. Motorbike drivers must use driving gears designed for motorbike use. RRC recommends the use of leather suits. Car drivers have to use a helmet and at least a three point safety belt.
4. RRC uses flags to inform drivers what is happening at the track.
-chequered flag tell that your session is over
-yellow flag means that there is something dangerous on the track, slow down the speed
-red flag session is stopped, come back to paddock slowly
-black flag shown to you means that you have to come back baddock immateadely
5. When overtaking do not disturb the slower driver, responsibility for safe overtaking is with the faster driver. Slower driver must not change his own driving line.
6. On track concentrate your own driving. Drifting or wheelies are not allowed.
7. Entering the track is from one designated spot at the end of pit lane. Driving with the motorbike, lift your hand when you are entering back to the paddock, car drivers can use turn signal light.
8. Alcohol and drugs have zero tolerance at KymiRing area.
9. If an accident happens during the session it will be stopped with a red flag. Drive slowly to the paddock do not stop on track. After going out of tarmac car drivers are not allowed to come back to tarmac before the car is checked for leaks and loose gravel.
10. KymiRing has noise levels, loud vehicles noise level will be measured.
11. Every driver is responsible of his own vehicle, be sure that there is no leaks and that all attachments are fixed properly.
12. Behaving on the paddock according to the environmental rules, RRC recommends that under the vehicle a mat is used.
13. On track everybody drives with own responsibility and with their own insurance. RRC is not responsible for damages caused to the driver or to the vehicle.
14. Payment in advance through RRC web pages is recommended. Cancellation fee is 20 EUR.
15. All drivers accept these rules and are committed to act according to them.
16. Motorbike drivers are allowed to use tyre heaters up to 1000W / bike.
17. Under age passenger or driver needs permission from guardian.
